Working Structure Fire
The tones dropped at 516pm yesterday Sept 10 for a reported working structure fire called in via radio by Allegany Chief 1. He had come upon a two story wood structure with smoke showing at 1912 Four Mile Rd. Allegany Chief arrived on scene and called for mutual aid from Westons Mills Knapp Creek and Hinsdale. Engine 32 made an aggressive interior attack while Tower 169 vented the roof and Engine 30 hooked up a water supply. The fire was quickly knocked down and overhaul started. CATFIT was on scene for the investigation and all Allegany units were back in station at 930pm. Responding were Engines 30 32 33 Tower 169 Rescue 7 Utilities 261 265 262 with special ops trailer Am 233 Westons Mills tanker and ambulance Hinsdale tanker Knapp Creek Ut tanker and engine Deputy 4 Coordinator and CATFIT.
