Allegany Fire was dispatched for a smoke investigation at Dunkin Donuts on Route 417 with reported building filling up with smoke. Allegany Chief and E32 arrived on location to determine it was a transformer burned out in the oven causing smoke to fill the building. Chief 2 Chief 3 E33 and UT 261 also responded.
Allegany Fire was dispatched to a possible structure fire with explosion from ovennbspat the Snowbird park next to Agway on Union Street. Allegany Chief arrived on location reporting the fire was out and units could slow response but still respond to continue investigation. E32 and Chief 2nbsparrived on location and investigated to find that an excess build up of gas caused small explosion and started a fire on the wall and rear of the oven. Crews disconnected the oven and moved to outside. Crews also turned off the power due to a melted electrical outlet and also turned off the gas to the trailer. All Chiefs were on location along with E33 andnbspAM 231.
While on scene of the possible structure fire Allegany Fire was dispatched for a Carbon Monoxide detector activation at Meadowbrook Trailer Park on Gargoyle Road. Chief 1 and Rescue 7 responded to determine an oven malfunction causing an incomplete burn and Carbon monoxide buildup. Gas was turned off to the stove and NYSEG was dispatched.
Allegany Fire and Allegany Rescue and EMS were dispatched for an ALS MVA on Route 417 near the Five Mile Creek bridge. Units arrived on scene to find 1 vehicle that had crashed into the guardrail. One patient was assessed and was transported in stable condition to OGH. Chief 4 E32 AM 231 UT 261 were on scene along with Allegany PD and NYSP.
